Ground-UpPower
With Nyree White, Founder of Brickwall Softball, and Mike White, 2× NCAA National Champion Head Coach.
“Use your legs.” What does that actually mean?
Every pitcher has heard “use your legs” and “throw harder.” Few are shown what that looks like, what it feels like, or how to work on it. Ground-Up Power is a focused deep dive into how leg drive, mechanics, and lower-half power contribute to velocity development, taught with clear explanations and age-appropriate application.
Athletes will learn how leg drive and lower-half power support velocity development, then leave with clearer ways to recognize, practice, and improve those movements on their own.
