I hereby agree to the following upon participating in Brickwall Strong Pitcher's S&C Program offered by Brickwall Softball

1. Informed Consent – By its nature, participation in strength training includes risk of injury. Although serious injuries are not common and the risk of infection is almost nonexistent in athletic programs, it is impossible to eliminate all risk. Participants have a responsibility to help reduce that risk. Participants must take appropriate safety precautions, follow a proper conditioning program, seek medical assistant for any pain, injury, or concern, and inspect their own equipment. It is recommended for all athletes to maintain a yearly physical.


3.  That I am participating in the Brickwall Strong Pitcher's S&C Program provided by Brickwall Softball during which I will receive information and instruction about health and fitness. I recognize that training requires physical exertion, which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.

4. I understand it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in Group Training. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and I have no medical condition which would prevent my full participation in Brickwall Strong.

5. I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the program.

6. I knowingly voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against Brickwall Softball LLC and its instructors for any injury or damages I sustain as a result of participating in the program.

7. I, my heirs, or legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Brickwall Softball LLC and its instructors for any injury or death caused by negligence or other acts.

8. Membership rates are subject to a modest increase. 

9. Photo and Video release: I consent to the use of my photograph and video or other likeness in the promotional and other materials for Brickwall Softball without payment or other consideration made to me.

Code of Conduct:

  • I will complete the assigned programming to the best of my ability.
  • I will modify exercises as needed to perform them safely & effectively.
  • I will utilize proper form and the mechanical cues provided.
  • I will have access to the equipment listed or can substitute appropriately.
  • I will be fully responsible for my own actions and the consequences of my actions. 
  • I will give 100% effort every day & if able, I will complete the programming consistently & thoroughly as assigned.

Our foundational level of training built for pitchers with less than one year experience with resistance training

What you'll get:

Who is this program for?

This program is for pitchers of any age who are committed to improving their strength & conditioning and want expert guidance.

What is the commitment?

  • Pitchers able to commit 3-4 hours weekly to strength training.
  • The base level program is for anyone who has less than 1 year of resistance training experience.
  • The developmental level workout is for those that have at least 1 full year of resistance training experience. Advanced programming will be introduced to the athlete after completion of the developmental program.
  • The athlete is responsible for consistently completing the program as assigned to the best of her ability and for executing the exercises safely & properly as they are instructed by Coach Dillon. 

What equipment do I need?

Access to a basic gym, weight room or home gym with the following equipment or a suitable substitute is strongly recommended

  • Set of dumbbells
  • Barbell & plates
  • 10-20 yards of open space
  • Resistance bands: 1 light & 1 medium to heavy.
    • Recommended: 1 hip loop band, 1 band with handle
  • 14-24" plyo box
  • Flat or adjustable weight bench 
  • Medicine ball of 4-10 lbs. (soft-sided preferable)
  • Foam roller
  • Jump rope
  • 1 PVC pipe or dowel (approx: 4-6ft long, 1-1.5 in.)
